Default Bug with the two Echos

When Arcane Echo or Echo have finished using a copied skill, it goes into recharge mode for 30s. When it's in this normal recharge mode, Serpent's Quickness and Quickning Zephyr don't work to speed it up as it should.

yep + if you use arcane echo/echo/inspired hex/inspired enchantment while being hexed with diversion, nothing happens... (it's still the same recharge etc)

I'm not talking about the copy window of time. I'm talking purely about the true recharge of Echo and Arcane Echo after the copy window has closed. Inspired Hex/Enchantment have no recharge times, just a copy window, so this bug doesn't affect them. Look it up.... IH/IE = 0 Recharge. AE and Echo = 30s recharge. That 30s recharge should be sped up by the skills that affect it.
